2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, time, file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer as well as browser and operating system information. The processing serves to ensure the secure and stable provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Contact and inquiry form

If you use the inquiry form, the information you enter will be sent to M2 IT by email. In particular, name, email address, optional telephone number, postal code and location, device or system, desired type of support, timing and your description of the problem are processed.

The processing takes place to process your request and to prepare a possible contract on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. If no order is concluded, inquiries will generally be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for processing and there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary. Please do not submit passwords, access codes or payment details via the form.

4. Telephone, email and WhatsApp

If you contact us by phone or email, we will process the information provided to process the request. When using the WhatsApp link, the data protection regulations of the respective provider also apply. The use of WhatsApp is voluntary; Alternatively, email and telephone are available.

5. Cookies and Google Consent Mode v2

We differentiate between technically necessary settings and optional services for analysis and advertising purposes. Optional Google services will only be loaded after your consent. Your selection will be saved locally in your browser and can be revoked by deleting the website data.

6. Anonymous Website Statistics (Self-Hosted Analytics)

This website collects anonymous statistical data about page views. Only the following information is stored: the page visited, device type (Desktop/Mobile/Tablet), browser language setting, and the date and time of the visit. No IP addresses are stored, no cookies are set, and no personal data is collected. It is not possible to identify individual persons. The data is stored exclusively on our own server at IONOS SE and is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing website usage to improve our service).

In particular, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and revocation of consent given.
